New Patients
Welcome to Natural Health Chiropractic! We invite you to complete your new patient form before you come in. (It will be emailed to you prior to your appointment.)
We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing to your appointments. If you have any X-rays or MRIs, please bring them to your first appointment.
The First Visit
During your initial consultation examination, Matt will perform a thorough case history and all relevant testing.
We don’t normally adjust on this first visit in order to correlate the gathered information so we can determine the best plan of action for each individual moving forward.
Please allow 30-40 minutes for this appointment.
The Second Visit
This is the report of findings appointment. We will go through all of the relevant information that we discovered from the initial consultation. We will then review our proposed plan of care. Then you will be given your first chiropractic adjustment.
Our front desk staff will discuss financials with you, so you know upfront what your care costs will be.
