Franco originally trained in the Italian Army (Italian Parachuting Troupe) in 1996, and then continued his academic education in London, where he then qualified as a Sports Therapist. Franco has been working with the Chiltern Cheetah's American Football Club (AFC) and has also been involved with amateur and professional Rugby clubs.
He has also been involved as a Sports Therapist with the world wide famous "Pussycat Dolls", during their second World Tour in 2009.
His unique style of "hands-on" therapy blends traditional Sports Massage with more advanced Soft Tissue techniques, followed by eastern-influenced stretching exercises (for the most adventurous patients!). This treatment is particularly effective for locating and releasing tightness in the tissues, correct postural faults, improve general muscle flexibility and assist venous and lymphatic flow. His Sports Massage therapy session also includes a full-body assessment to pinpoint areas of weakness and imbalance.
In addition, Franco will carry out a thorough flexibility (stretching) training and various back stability/strength exercises.
