Body problems, neglected since early childhood, may require ongoing supportive care for optimum function. These long-standing problems are often associated with muscle weakness, soft tissue damage, and degenerative changes.
Most clients find that periodic checkups help keep them in shape. Those who are active, have stressful jobs, or want to be their very best, find that a schedule of preventative visits are helpful in the maintenance of good health.
Some clients seek care only when they experience pain.  We are here to help with your health goals whether you want crisis care, short term care, or preventative check ups.

What is an adjustment?

An adjustment is the use of a specific movement applied to a joint that is not functioning properly. The intention is to restore proper movement to gain normal nerve function.

There are hundreds of ways to adjust the body. Regardless of the technique used, each adjustment is tailored to the client’s age, size and condition. Adjustments are given to millions of people who have decided to take care of their health naturally.

Many people have spinal dysfunctions without suffering from any obvious symptoms.

Detection early on is important to maintain health. For many people, symptoms are keeping them from work, school, or from their busy lives. Early care can help you get back on your feet.

Remember: You don’t need to wait until symptoms develop before getting checked

Does an adjustment hurt?

Most commonly, the adjustments are painless. In the case of recent trauma, such as whiplash, discomfort may be experienced due to inflammation.
